Our Herbal Heat packs are handmake using fresh herbs and potent essential oils. Each Heat Pack is uniquely made with up-cycled fabrics. These are great used hot, or cold!
Directions: Microwave for no more than 1 minute at at time on the lowest setting until heat pack reaches desired warmth. Be careful not to get it too hot! Place in freezer or refrigerator for cool use.
