Policies/FAQ’s


  • Life Thyme Botanicals advocates informed and responsible use of the products we sell.  Please take care to educate yourself or work with a knowledgeable herbal practitioner.   Remember that herbs can interact with prescription medications.
  • We are not qualified to prescribe or dispense medical advice and we are not allowed by the FDA to make any claims that would consider our products to be classified as drugs.  If you have questions regarding a particular use of one of our products, contact your physician or herbal practitioner experienced in the use of that product.

“How fast will the order arrive?

  • Since many of our products are customized according to your requests, we ask that you allow a few days for us to prepare your order.  We will ship all in stock and prepared products as soon as possible.
  • If an item is out of stock, we will contact you by email and refund the amount of the particular item from your order.

Payment – We accept MasterCard and Visa through Stripe.  If you prefer not to use Stripe, just give us a call to place your order by phone and we can process your payment through our store terminal.

Shipping & Handling – We use $9.13 Flat Rate USPS First Class and Priority Mail. Orders over $40.00 will require an adult signature. If your order contains a back-ordered item, the entire order will ship once the back-ordered item is back in stock.

  • Contact us immediately if you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason.  Your satisfaction is our top priority!
  • Prior authorization is required for all returns and must be requested within 10 days of receipt of your order.
  • Due to the consumable and sterile nature of our products, there are no returns on any herbal or body care items.
